Arbi Goce graduated from San Diego State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance. While attending San Diego State University, Arbi founded, managed, and operated a family-owned business in San Diego, California. Prior to joining CIRE Partners, Arbi was a member of an acquisitions and dispositions team at a top national commercial real estate firm, in which he was involved in transactions in excess of $500 million. Leveraging his accomplishments, Arbi has obtained a thorough knowledge in market analysis, underwriting, and real estate investment structuring, including acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets, as well as economics relating to land use and site selection. Arbi diligently analyzes the economics and financial strength of real estate assets, considering the investment and disposition strategies of clients he represents, allowing clients to capitalize on the opportunities presented to them at the right time. Arbi’s primary focus is based on the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties nation-wide. Taking his role as a representative for his clients very seriously, Arbi strives daily to become better in all aspects of investment brokerage. Arbi has experience in nearly all asset classes of commercial real estate. His clients include institutional investors, developers, family offices, private high net worth individuals, and 1031 exchange buyers. In his spare time, Arbi enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, tennis, hiking, and mountain biking.
